Delivery in mainland France, free on orders over €3,000 excl. VAT.
Below that: €50 excl. VAT per product, €100 excl. VAT per bulky product.
Delivery time: 7 to 10 days.
Free collection at our depot: 56 rue de la Souffel, 67370 Griesheim-sur-Souffel.

Warranty and returns

1-year warranty on new equipment. 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, except custom-made products. If a product arrives damaged, tell the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Details in our Terms of sale.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders over €3,000 excl. VAT. Below that: €50 excl. VAT per product, €100 excl. VAT per bulky product (2 m and over). The exact amount is shown in your cart.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 10 days in mainland France. Bulky equipment is delivered on a pallet; we call you beforehand to agree on a day.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collection is free at our depot: 56 rue de la Souffel, 67370 Griesheim-sur-Souffel. We let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Do you install the equipment?

Yes, as an option and on quote: installation, commissioning, hoods and ventilation. Ask us for a quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (secure payment) and bank transfer. With a transfer, your products are reserved and the order ships once payment is received.

Is the equipment guaranteed?

Yes, 1 year on new equipment. If it breaks down, sending it in for repair is at your cost; we pay for the return after repair. Please call our technical service first.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, except for custom-made products. The product must be new, unused and in its packaging; return shipping is at your cost.

I'm equipping a whole kitchen, do you offer prices?

Yes. For an opening or a refit, we put together a full selection with a discount on the whole order. Request a quote.
